JSR2 Aerospace's primary products are custom-built hydraulic and mechanical kits and assemblies. The main components are machined parts and material, but the kits can also include tubes, sheet metal and other elements. The kits and assemblies can be extremely complex, made up of over 100 components and weigh several kilograms to several hundred kilograms. JSR2 Aerospace also offers design services for specialized products and relies in large part on solid modelling and finite-element analysis.

JSR2 Aerospace offers the just-in-time service for long-term contracts and transports its products in KANBAN containers. This method allows us to deliver directly to the client's point of use avoiding inspection upon arrival, storage, assembly and delivery to the assembly line.

It is our pleasure to collaborate with our clients in the realization of their projects. We strive to reduce costs at all work levels, from requests for quotations to accounts receivable.

Solid modelling and finite-element analysis Solid modelling and finite-element analysis are carried out internally, using the Unigraphics v.18 software. This work is usually performed when designing special purpose tools. When the work requires advanced and complex design, JSR2 Aerospace works in partnership with a local design firm.
